Good Food at SFA?

Hmmm... After stirring up controversy regarding PKI and PKD, I'm now on to my next stop, SFA. I will be visiting SFA on July 6. So now I ask, what food is good at SFA?
Well, I've been three times this summer, and each time I've eaten somewhere different. Guess what, they all sucked.
Actually, the barbecue place over by Mind Eraser is pretty good, although a little expensive. The fries were bad, but the barbecue was passable. (I will admit at this point that I'm a bit of a food-snob). I ruined it for myself by riding Iron Eagle directly after eating there. Now I don't want to go back to either. ;)
Sorry Charlie, but SFA isnt much better. I like to blow sunshine up my home parks arse, but the food here is pretty bad too (though I'm more likely to eat here than PKD). I've eaten in three different places. The pizza in the "Farmer's Market" near the entrance bites. (but then again all thin crust pizza is less than stellar) The fish and chicken sandwiches in the "Shipwreck Grill" near the Skull Island (ROAR) area was deviod of taste but not nasty (add a lot of BBQ/tartar sauce and you'll be aiight). The food in the Saloon by mind eraser is likely the best. The crabcake platters last year I used to make a point to get. This year I only had the BBQ sammich. The meat was okay, but the bread tasted wack. The fries are hit and miss. The Boardwalk Fries are okay pretty consistantly, but the fries you get with the meals can range drastically. Ask them to cook you some fresh ones (state that you're willing to wait) for best taste.

Of course there is always the Wendy's just West of the park on MD214 ;)...

Which park is next after this one, Dorney Park?
the crazy horse saloon over by mind eraser is the best place in the park to eat,you said you were going to sfa on july 6th,well I'll be there on the 7th,hopefully ridding batwing all day.as for Carsten sorry you had to find out the hard way that riding the iron eagle and eating a lot of food just does'nt mix, hope you feel better.
Bernard,
I bought season passes for six flags, therefore, SFWoA is next.
The Crazy Horse Saloon is the best food in the park, the best dish is the 3 piece chicken platter, it's $8.25 but that includes a Large soda ina souvenir cup(regularly 3.29) 2 side dishes and a buiscuit or roll.....

While its not the most consistant, it is the most food for your dollar. Try for fresh fries, and also plan to eat thru one of the shows, OR sit on the outside deck next to the renegade rapids and watch the people get splashed.

If you want simple food go to the Heritage House Café for a messy but yummy chili cheese jumbo hot dog basket. also includes a large drink in a souvenir cup.
