Goliath's G's

I have heard that people have blacked out during the helixes on Goliath. Are the G's really that strong?

Hopefully I'll have all the fun I can STAND!
The G's on Goliath are about 4 to 4.5. This is about the same as the Canyon Blaster here in Vegas and way lower than the nearly 6 G's on some of Schwatzkof's coasters.
Right now, the G's in the helix are 3.7. At opening they where 4.2. It is not realy the amount of G's that gets to you on Goliath because the G's are not that many. It is the long period of time that those G's are being placed on your body.

Where did you get your information Metrock? I have a hard time believing that when the overall ride speed was increased by the harder wheels, the helix was slower.
No, not the harder wheels, try the mid-course break. ;)

Thank you Disney, thank you...
The speed is faster. That is one reason why the mid-course breaks are harder than they used to be. As for the info, I got it from my head. hehe Not that I am making it up. You can feel free to ask around. Those are the numbers that I was given.

The only ride ive ever almost blacked out on was Texas Tornado which pulls an amazing 6.5 g's! Its so strong once you enter the first and second loop!
