Goliath changes skyline at Six Flags Over Georgia

Six Flags Over Georgia's new B&M hyper coaster, Goliath was topped out Friday, and is on schedule for an April 1 debut. The park's general manager credits good weather with part of the construction progress.

It almost looks like that small plane is assisting in the building of the ride :-)

They should paint the track.

I realize that there are few if any crystal balls out there, but what are the thoughts of it opening before the 1st.

I have heard some mumblings about an early open, but the park seemed to make a point on closing weekend that April 1 is still the date.

I'm 99% sure the plane is rented by the park from the nearby airstrip, since I saw it circle the construction site over and over when I headed over for some pics last week.

They could have it open earlier and say "April Fools!" ;)
