I'm sorry to go a little bit outside the topic, but at the time of design, did MM know that Millenium Force would be the tallest in the U.S.?  If so, why didn't they try and make Goliath's lift higher?
Hey Jeff your last name begin with a B? if so I think I may know you... :)
Goliath & Millennium Force began planning phases around the same time and the information discussing new attractions in park managing boards are confidential. So as of now (even as X is still in testing phases), SFMM may already be 1/4 way through designing a coaster that is to open 2004 or 2005. Remember people, A large custom designed roller coaster is not created in a snap of the finger (a period of time ranging from about 1-2 years). It takes YEARS of planning.
AdamFrank - MM was aware about Millennium Force.  Goliath had been in the design phases for a few years, and the park was not about to modify the entire ride because of a record.

Why Me - Um... yeah, you can email me if you want to continue this discussion.

Great video.  I love the soundtracks that each video has.  The "I See Stars" on the Deja Vu is perfect.

AdamFrank- Goliath was not built as the tallest coaster in the world. When it opened, there was still a [full circut] coaster that was taller. That being Fujiyama in Japan ringing in at ~260 feet.
I love Goliath no matter what so I couldn't care less how tall it was or how fast it traversed over the track. Great work.
Does anyone have that "I See Stars" song available in mp3 format?

Thanks in advance..

-Nate
