Let me preface this by saying: There were no promises made. But, Knoebels told ACE that they intend to have the Flying Turns up and running by Spring Con. They even listed it in the schedule for ERT with no qualifications about it maybe not being open yet.

I wouldn't bet on that. I hear some progress has been made and more progress will be made in the future thanks to some decisions that were made, but I think there is still a lot of work left to do.
