Going to Olrando in August, any advice?

I am going with some friends to Orlando in the middle of August. We are going to spend a day at Universal studios, a day at Islands of adventure, and 2 days at Disney world. I have been to Islands of adventure a couple of times, but never to Universal studios, so I was wondering which rides we are a must to go on, and what your plan of attack would be on the day we're there. Also, how crowed are all of those parks in mid to late August. I know that the Disney resort hotels have the date we're going as their value season, which sort of surprised me since I was assuming that it was going to be very busy.

Also, I know we are going to spend one of the days at Disney at the Magic Kingdom, any one have any advice on which of the other 3 parks to do for our 2nd day there? *** Edited 6/22/2008 8:40:32 PM UTC by hs***

I know it's not a Coaster park, but I can't stress this next statement enough:

epcot, epcot, epcot.

It is, by far, my favorite of the 4. I can't even begin to describe the reasons, but I know there's plenty of people who can agree with me. If you plan on getting a park hopper, swing over to Animal Kingdom for a few hours in the morning, then spend your evening/night at epcot. The countries in World Showcase at night are an attraction to behold.

I can't wait for my next trip down there.

Mid August?

Drink a lot of fluids. ;)

I tend to be super competitive, but MiB stole an couple of hours in the afternoon from me. RotM is a must do, also. Maybe even the best coaster in Orlando (possibly fire dragon).

At Universal, stay on property and you pretty much own the place with Express Pass. I don't think I'd ever go there without doing that.
