Going to cedar Point for the first time, any tips?

I am going to Cedar Point for the first time on june 20th and i would like some tips from people who have been there before. I already know I'm heading to MF as soon as the rope drops, but could I have some tips about what else to do?
My tip is get a freeway for top thrill first and then run over to Millennium force. Remember you can get two freeway passes per day so when you get yours for top thrill see if you can get one for magnum. But even going there twice this year already I am not exactly sure when each freeway opens. The top five roller coasters you must ride is

1. Top Thrill Dragster

2. Millennium force

3. Magnum XL 200

4. Raptor

5. Mantis

and do not for get Power Tower

Ps you have to get some french fries and a cheese on a stick

I am fairly certain that all of the freeways open at 11 AM. They give out so many for each hour of the day and then they close. Normally, they give out all of the freeways in an hour or less. If you get to Millennium Force quick, you should be off in time to get a freeway stamp for a second ride later in the day. I have never had more than one stamp, so I am not sure how it works for getting the second stamp. You should give CP a call and find out. TTD is not that far from MF and if you get your hand stamped for MF and then rush over to TTD, you should be able to get both. Those are the two rides that I would try to get the freeway for. You should not have much trouble getting on all of the coasters if you have the freeways for these two rides. Good luck.

Lets go Drag racing.

Ride Iron Dragon too! C.P. & L.E. Railroad is pretty entertaining, too. The only downside of the park is food prices, they're pretty expensive. Have fun!

The golden rule about Cedar Point after all the years I've been going there is - get there EARLY! Parking lot opens at 8:30.

Head to Dragster first but if you don't want to run with the bulls, head over to Millennium Force first as there will be hardly any lines due to TTD. People flock to Raptor as it is right there by the gate but the lines should be shorter around dinner time.

Cedar Point is one of those parks where you feel you need to squeeze in as much as possible so don't feel overwhelmed when you get there. Pace yourself. Since this will be your first time to the Point, try to find a park map online and study it before you go so that you are somewhat familiar with where everything is.

Most of all, have a great time.

X Factor is right. The best time to hit Raptor is between 3pm and 4. Never longer than a 15 min wait, unless its mid June or July.

Your best bet on the food deal is the Midway Marketplace buffet near Raptor. Its still pricey at $12.95 but its a real all you can eat buffet with pretty darn good food.

We usually try to hit it early afternoon when the food lines are not so long ( they get LONG!! ) and everyone is ready for some down time. Eat before you go and have a hearty late lunch or early dinner there and the price becomes a bargain.
