I'd start by walking up the center, riding Loch Ness Monster on the way. Head back to Alpengeist and get a few rides in, then follow back through the Oktoberfest area, riding Wilde Maus on the way. Stop at Big Bad Wolf, head over to Apollo's Chariot and ride till you get enough, then ride Escape from Pompeii. At this time, you've ridden all the coasters, and should have tons of time to just do whatever then. Head over to Ireland and do Corkscrew hill, stop at New France for lunch (or dinner later) at the Three Rivers Smokehouse.
Basically, you can do whatever you want. The park is small enough, and the lines short enough that you can do it in pretty much any order and still see everything. You'll have a great time. BGW is such a beautiful park, and has some great atmosphere, great food, and some killer coasters.
