giga coaster excitement

Has anyone gotten over a 10 for excitement on the Giga coaster or any coaster for that matter?

Just wondering.

Yes it is easy with theming

Anyone notice a lack of lines for Impulse coasters? I never really get big lines at all..
They just aren't as popular as they are in real life I guess. Does anyone find it wierd that if you go to into the SFMM scenario and look at the favorite coasters it lists the top three as Flashback, Psyclone, and colossus are the top 3.

I did better than 11 on a giga and hyper twister already.
I got 10.6 on a B&M hyper with no theming.

The top 3 all time cobrarolls.

1)Raptor's
2)Deja Vu's (times 3)
3)Batman Knight Flight's

I can do it without themeing but I can build a crappy coaster but get the excitement rating to go over 10 with theming (i am really good)

I got a giga around 11.5 or so, but it goes through the woods so that adds a bunch.

No lines on impulses? The queue for mine has been full since I built it (about 25 game years). The only time it ever goes down is when it's raining.

Impulses have very high capacity, unless you set the cycle number high. I have mine set to 3 usually, and they are around max height, so it's not an incredibly short track. Capacity is usually around 1800 or 1900. Mine have medium length lines. My rides don't get long lines very often, because I only build high capacity rides.
I got 600+ on a Giant Inverted Boomerang...No joke. Only problem is, that the Intensity was too high so no one would ride it.

My impulse coaster lines are always long because I build lines like the coasters are from a six flags park or a cedar fair park. The # of circuits the coaster mostly has is 3 circuits. How come for the roto drop rides I can only build them about 150ft. for them to be good and I never about 250 ft. to be a really good drop ride? Any answers
yes i have

Yeah, roto drops can't exceed 200 feet without getting Ultra extreme intensity, and low excitement, although they can go up to about 500 feet.

A lot of the excitement rating also has to do with how long the ride is. If you build a really short ride, say under 3 minutes you will probably never break the 10 threshold without some major theming. If you build a coaster that goes over 3 minutes and isnt overly intense you can get a 10 fairly easy. Whether that is always an economical choice is another matter all together...

I built a out and back x 10 teracoaster and it has a rating of 9.0 w/o themeing. If I build themeing I can get it to 10.2, and I didn't even really try to build a good coaster.

I have many coasters above ten.

I set my impulse at just one cycle, and the people kept coming, and the lines kept moving.

Actually the giga coaster seems to "give" the highest ratings. You can stay pretty basic with it and get high excitement - over ten should be no problem with the giga. Use the non-looping twister too for an easy 10+

If you're still having trouble, just make it long - it's an easy "cheat" for high excitement. The real question is how short of a ride can you build to a 10+ excitement?

Well Gonchar, with those spagetti bowls you keep building I wouldnt doubt you have mastered the art of making a shorter 10+ ride.
