Giant Frisbee with Pizza-Theme?!

We know that rides in Japan can have slightly bizarre names and themes (Happy Dolphin, Hamtaro, etc). Obviously one of the two new Huss Giant Frisbees that opened recently in Nagashima Spaland and Fujikyu Highland is "themed" to something called "Pizza LA"!

Sadly there is no ride themed to my favourite japanese fast-food joint "Love Burger". (Ordering "Love Menue No.5" was always more tasty than the food).

OMG I think I just....yeah I did...

Giant Frisbee and pizza all in one delicious package. I think I might have to book plane tix to Japan for this one, folks. ;)

Joe "mmmmmmmmmmm pizza" C.

OMG I have a new sig!!!
It looks like a giant advertisement. I guess that could be a new source of income for parks. PKI could put a giant Domino's logo on thiers. Cedar Point could put a giant Pizza Hut logo on the Power Tower.

I am way to tired to be posting right now, hence the following spaceballs quote, "You better watch out, or Pizza will send out for you!"

Guess who's back? Back Again? James K's back. Tell a friend.

You can theme Huss Giant Frisbees to anything and I'm there. Just build em!
What if it was indoors, completely dark, and themed to Frankenstein's Haunted Hospital and you had to go through this scary queue with monsters and chainsaws to get to the ride? ;)

There you have it folks! PKI's new attraction for 2006: The worlds first Giant Frisbee in a box.

Anyway, does that picture on the Amusement Today website seem a little...odd to anyone else? It my just be the angle from which the photo was taken, but the ride looks like it is taller and the supports are spaced closer together than on Delerium at PKI.

Inside joke, but thanks for participating. :)

LOL. Danny funny!

I agree, you could theme one to Senior Bag o' Crap and I'd ride it. Its Just that Good.
