Ghostrider On-Ride Camera

I was in Cali early August for my second park trip :SFMM and Knotts Berry Farm. Might I just say that even though it is a small park, KBF was great, as SFMM was very good as well.

To my point, the ORC for Ghostrider comes at the end of the ride on the S-turn leading into the station. was this put there from the beggining or later on in an attempt to gain a profit?

That's the *second* ORC. The first ORC is at the bottom of Goshtrider's first drop. The flume also has two ORCs...one on the last drop, one approaching the station.

The second one on Ghostrider is tricky. I smiled for the wrong flash a couple of times.

It's kind of like Son of Beast's camera right before the lift hill. It's a stupid place for it, but still makes money for PKI ;). If they put it right before or after the loop, it would have been cool.

Ghostrider has two cameras at two places: one on the first drop, one on...well, I've already explained all that. The reason? Better odds of getting a picture someone will want to buy. If the first doesn't look good the second might.

Plus, SOB's camera is stupidly placed right at the start of the ride, and at a boring spot to boot. Ghostrider's second camera is at the end of the brake run, where, odds are, it will capture many, many customers flush with excitement after riding the "best in the west".

Thinking about it, it's not exactly an exciting place for a cam, but it's probably the only place where people are still smiling on this ride...
