Geauga Lake:Wild Water Kingdom Opening Delayed

See, there's 2 kinds of snow. There is snow you can work in, and snow you can't. This year, Cleveland got a ton of just standing snow. 2 or 3 ft. just piled on top and getting constantly deeper. Though, there was no progress what so ever on the closed side.I think they didn't want to mess with the big surprise on the 7th.

Me? I'm dishonest, and a dishonest man you can always trust to be dishonest. Honestly. It's the honest ones you want to watch out for, because you can never predict when they're going to do something incredibly... stupid.
the 11th you mean. and personally, i saw days on the webcam that werwe sunny and clear, with no work being done. Now I'm pro CF, and very pro GL, but i can tell you , the construction is behind due to weather, however, it doesn't seem to be the only reason. Now, since attractions started going up, there has been work being done every single day. Maybe the supervisors just like to see their men bust their ass to hell and back under pressure.
Even though you can't see snow and it may seem sunny, that doesn't mean it's not 20 below 0.

I'm sure they don't want to put their workers health in jepordy just to make a deadline. Who knows...I could be wrong about that! lol

Yeah! We got 5 inches dumped on us today April 24th! I have a feeling no one is working on it today!

Yeah, missing that weekend is not going to be cool.

I got more use out of my snow blower than the last three winters combined. The Cleveland record for snowfall was 101", I think in '95/'96. We beat it this year at 103".

We're already behind two inches in rainfall for the year.

You just HAD to go and say something didn't you Jeff.. :)

I don't care if the water park is delayed, all I care is that all the coasters are running and in good shape for coasterEX

The fact that the park announced a reduced admission cost due to the construction delay is really a smart move in terms of public relations.

Considering all the demolition they had to do before even starting the waterpark construction, they have done a fine job.
