Some of the key investors backed out, the few investors that did stay in went into debt due to clearing of the land. I think the sheriff auction off the 590 some acres to repay the debts. Also the local cities including indy screwed the invest over to. THey were supposed to have a back up 20 million dollars just incase some like that happened but they never got the money and / or gave it to them. The park was a good idea. It was supposed to have an indoor waterpark and 3 coasters including a huge woodie.
