GADV's Superman + Good Theming

From the video at gadv.com, Superman looks like it's going to gave some good theming. I'm wishing for the best.
I can't view this site. I tried to get onto it yesterday and the same thing happened.

Wow. Badnitrus just keeps getting better and better. That's some good video, and the ride looks like it'll be great in that spot. It won't look like a parking lot at all!

Personally, I could give a rat's ass about themeing (why am I starting to sound like 2Hostyl?) You either do it to the hilt like Islands of Adventurel, or don't bother. You, the rider, are supposed to be enjoying the track underneath you or above you. Has even one person ever thought about the storyline the PR person concocted while riding? I think not. And, have you noticed that Cedar Point (the holy grail of amusement parks), has no themeing on any of their coasters (except for Disaster Transport, but we should probably leave that one alone). That didn't deter me from riding any of the coasters in the park, and having a great time.

Dude, you're getting an Intamin!

Maybe they'll put some theming inside the white tent thingy

can only wait and see

Do not be afraid of death, be afraid of your unlived life.

does anyone know what that white structure is. I didn't think it was a tent and it didn't seem to be associated with the queue. is it for something else or will it be incorporated into the ride's theme?

Do any of you know how to build a sundial out of a pen and a donut?
uh oh, sounds like someone has a case of the mondays.

So - in other words, both the Space Shuttle (SBNO) and the Scrambler (Centrifuge?) are being moved or removed?

~~~ Maddy ~~~
Its a tent that used to be their old administration building, then it housed Alcatraz. Now its just storage. It will soon be the entrance to the ride and have the gift shop in it as well.
In the video, you can see the Space Shuttle is still there. I don't know about the scrambler ride though.
sounds pretty nice. at first, I thought it was pretty much the entire queue and that it was covered which would have been really cool, but then I saw the actual queue and I realized it had to be something else.
that ditch at the bottom of the pretzel loop looks nice, but I wonder if you'll even notice that you're in a ditch while riding.
Did anyone else notice that in the video that Superman is to the left of GASM? (If you're standing at the entrance to GASM).
Aren't they tearing apart the parking lot to the RIGHT of GASM though??!! From what I've read and seen they have already started tearing up the season pass holders parking lot which is behind and to the right of GASM, not to the left!
Superman is being built to the left of GASM. They moved construction from the season pass lot to the main lot. Also the scrambler was removed following last season so they could expand Alcatraz. The scrambler was suppose to be put into the spot where El Sombrero was.
When are they gonna announce the new flyer at SFGAM?
