GADV's Ride Status

It was confirmed that Viper was tested and it didn't have a single problem. Viper will be open for the season, starting on opening day. Batman of Chiller should be open for the 29th, and Robin should not. If anyone else has any rumors about what will be open or not, please let us know.
5 days til opening day!

this is the hardest year for me, my school district has changed spring break days around. Great Adventure opens the week that most schools have off. Well somehow my school is closed this week(march 25-29) and great adventure is open next week (april 1-5) so i am gonna be in school when all week you guys are riding coasters. well at leats i have easter to go on since i cant go opening day, damn parents.

Hey. This week is my week off so I only have 1 day to ride coasters!!! I would go on Easter but you know, the whole Christian parent thing sets me back. So I am only able to go on Friday.

Robin wont be open? I heard that from another person. Why wont it be open? Is it a malfunction or is there understaffing etc. Thanks in advance!

robin wont be open casue they havent even put the train on the track yet. its not understaffing but its that it just wont be ready in time. and the whoe christian on easter thing, im jewish so i can go but my coaster buddy is not so we convinced his whole family to spend easter at the park, we gonna exchange gifts and everything at the park and have a great day, try asking about that one. it might work

oh and what school district are you in? i wanna feel like im not the only town that has off this week and not next.

Haha. Good idea but I dont think my parents would go for it. Sigh, im the only Athiest in my family.

I actually go to private school, so the district has nothing on us. But all the schools around here in PA, they all just have a 5 day weekend coming up. But all of the Quaker schools have off for this week.

oh private school huh? well im a public kid myself. so you have off a different time than the district? i thought private schools based there calenders on the public. well i learned something new then!

i have to get some opinions on what you guys think openning day crowds will be like cause i remember last year when nitro opened opening day that crowds weren't that bad so give me your opinions.thanx

The crowds will be light the expected forecast on weather.com says Partly Cloudy so it will probably be a nice day. All coasters will be open except Robin the Chiller.

wait a minuit!i thought that robin would be open beacause they finished with the lapbars last season. it would only make sense if batman side was closed and the robin side open.someone please explain!

I think I can answer your question Medusa7787. I remember hearing that they sent one of Robins cars to a part with a Mr. Freeze to test it out on it. It should have been back by now but I think that might be it.
