Hershy Park will remain with the Trust. It is not for sale.
Licensing deals may change characters in the park, nothing more.

They wont change the name of the park, or any of the coasters, or any of the rides. Just because Nestle is buying Heshey it doesn't mean the park is getting new management.
I doubt Nestle will have anything to do with the park, and I actually doubt they would take away any of the names from Hershey candies or anything like that. The only thing that will change is that on the back of the candy wrapper it will say "A product of the Nestle Candy Company" or whatever they are.
