Ok, we have all been debating about where the best place for us junkies to live. Now, we must move to the next question, where is the furthest place away from a rollercoaster? Somewhere in North Dakota? [enter Linda Reichman voice] talk amongstya selves.

I would say Alaska, but I'm not sure if that's true. Is it? I know that there is a park called Alaskaland, but they don't have a coaster, do they? At least, they didn't at the printing of Tim O'Brien's Amusement Park Guide. Peace. :)

Hawaii is even farther from any coasters than Alaska. At least Alaska from Alaska its about a days drive to Edmonton or Vancouver. You can not drive anywhere from Hawaii!

Why don't you just go live on the north or south pole. That's pretty far from any coasters. Antarctica just doesn't have that much of a demand for them. lol

Well, there are further places but North Alabama is bad enough for me since Opryland left. SFoG is 4+ hr drive. The nearest coaster is in Birmingham at Visionland, but am I going to pay $25+ to go to a park with one coaster?? I don't think so. How about Six Flags Rocket City (Huntsville)?

Ahhh, Visionland may only have one coaster, but WHAT a coaster. I live more than a 1000 miles away from Bessemer and I'd go back just to ride Rampage.
