Funny Rollercoaster Web Browser Based Game

Ok Buzzers,

Here is a silly little game that plays in your web browser that involves: (I'll bet you can't guess) Rollercoasters! I believe this game is a Java applet and it may be a little slow loading for the dial-up users amongst us.

The game is in a non-english language, it looks European, but I'm not going to venture a guess. If anyone here knows and can translate for us that would be great.

Anyway, the basic idea of the game is to collect hearts by giving the riders the most thrilling ride possible with out crashing or stalling the train. This is done by simply speeding up and slowing down the train. The controls are simple: k = speed up, s = slow down, and b = abort/restart.

I've only played with the game a few minutes and have only seen 3 different tracks. There maybe more if you score well, I don't know. The first track is a woodie, then a kind of Premiere-ish looking coaster, and then a B&M-ish looking coaster. There are no inversions (that I've seen) but there are some crazy drops and jumps across gaps in the track.

66 was the best I could do...

That's cute though.

I'd love to know how some of you got in the 80's.

I thought my 66 run was pretty stout.

So far My highest is 93. My top 6 all are over 84.

It's hard to put into words...

1st Run. Speed down 1st hill. slight brakes on uphill. Same for second hill. Average 16

2nd Run. Speed down 1st hill, not too fast, as you crest 2nd hill, go slow, until front car is near gap. hit speed. the speed until end. Average 36

3rd Run. Speed down 1st hill, brake slightly on uphill so not to derail, speed down 2nd hill, not too fast though, on 3rd drop (gap) slow down slightly. Average 40-ish.

This an addicting game! I think the game might be Finnish since there's the brakeman sitting in the back of the train and they have that one scenic railway (which I won't even try to spell) in Finland. Plus, the words look like they might be Finnish. I'm not sure though...

Cool Game... Just empasises the fact that we need upstop wheels!!! ;) ;)

it's simple, i got an 84 my first try on the B&M style. That one is the best, the woody is ok and so is the premier. I like to brake it really hard and watch them fly, then i make it go fast. Also valleying it is fun.
