Fun Spot opts to stay closed this year

Fun Spot has announced on its Web site that it will not open this year. The owner says the economy and a drop in group sales is to blame, but expects to open next year.

Um, isn't it the only one in that region?

Paige's Crossing is about 50 miles away. It's more FEC than park but it's pretty nice and it does have a pretty neat kiddie coaster with an underground dive.

I think there's a couple of similar places just across the Michigan border.
