The go kart tracks at their Kissimmee location are insane. Only go kart track I've ever seen with a drop!

No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun

Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area is the craziest go karts I have ever been. The price is reasonable and the tracks have spiral drops, and as a bonus you even leave with wood splinters all over your clothes from the track surface tearing up.

Mt. Olympus used to have a track that featured a triple-down (Medusa's Drop, I think?). If you had a kart that had any engine at all, you could actually catch a little bit of airtime coming off that thing. It was absolutely blissful....but has since been removed.
