Frisbees

What parks have one of these?  Are they fun?

Paramount Canada's Wonderland is getting a Giant Frisbee for '02... but no opinion on them since in the East, they don't have any near here (at least NorthEast).

...Wondering what the 2002 season holds for all parks...
Isn't there one at SFGA?  I heard they are very fun.

Canadas Wonderland will not be a HUSS frisbee. It will be a Mondial frisbee-like ride with 1 major difference, the passengers will sit facing outwards.

SFFT, SFNE and (I think) SFMW have Frisbees

Six Flags Marine World does, cause I went on it It is fun! :) When your falling back you fell different sensations of airtime and pressure, it's totally awesome! :)

Six Flags Marine World has Tazmanian Devil, which is a Huss Frisbee. I went on it and it was fun, but it seemed like once the ride kicked into high gear the ride ended quickly after.

Good ride anyway! Some surprisingly intense sensations that were completely unexpected.

Aw.. I like the Afterburner better. You sit facing each other but your legs hang like on BR:TR. check it out.   http://www.kmg-rides.com

Beer, My Baby, and Coasters. Is this a great country or what? ;)
Great Adventure does have one.  Right behind the bumper cars you see it when your walking to the entrace of the park.

The Frisbee is an awsome ride. I went on it at SFNE and its one of my favorite flat rides!!! I wish canobie would get one.

Out of the coasters i've ridden here is wat i rank them overall:(ive been to canobie lake and SFNE)
1. S:RoS 2. Yankee Cannonball 3. Riverside Cyclone 4. Canobie Corkscrew 5. Thunderbolt 6. Galaxy 7. Mind Eraser 8. Dragon coaster 9. poison ivy's tangled
STRONG>ONT face=Verdana color=#ffffff size=2>john peck you don't know what you're talking about...if you read the HUSS website the GIANT IRSBEE"S face outwards not inwards...and if you read the wonderland site you'd know...and by the way i live an hour away from their so I think i'd know better...so :P /STRONG>

there is the website stating all the facts about it

Six Flags New England has a Frisbee called the Tomahawk (I think?)... I must say, definitely one of my favorite flat rides, but sooooo nauseating... (thats not a bad thing :))

that's another link...with more facts...

Screamscape is reporting that Amusement Business says that Canada's Wonderland's Psyclone is from FAB/Mondial and isn't a Huss Giant after all.

I have ridden Taz at SFMW, and thought it was the best flat ride ever. Then my home park, Oak's, installed an Afterburner last year, and that is now my favorite. Both are great rides. Interesting to note that at the Western  Washington State Fair, a travelling frisbee named Crazy Beach Party was far more intense than Taz; seemed to go higher, rotate much faster, and way more fun. Some parks may tone this thing down to appeal more to families.
i visited SFGadv twice this year, and sadly both times their Frissbee model was not operating....total bummer...that thing looks like it is loads of fun!!  at least my second time they had Jumpin Jack Flash goin...which is prety much my new fav flat ride...that thing rocks, haha :)

ROLLERCOASTERS....BETTER THAN OXYGEN BABY!!!!!!

I like frisbees, but my favorite flat ride by far is huss's top spin...when that thing spins like six times in a row on one swing it's very very disorienting.

"you give me the most gorgeous sleep that i've ever had and when it's really bad i guess it's not that bad" Underneath it all- no doubt
Some of the American parks that have Frisbees: SFFT, SFGA, SFNE, SFMW, and Jazzland. I agree the KMG Afterburner is better, but the Frisbee is also excellent, especially when it reverses direction (which the Afterburner doesn't do).

If you have to figure out how to ride a coaster to be comfortable, then that's not a coaster worth riding.
Where is the closest Frissbee to Charlotte, (in the southeast)
