"Fright Fest" at SFWoA...couple-a queries

1) Are all the rides open?

2) Were crowds bad last year? (I know there was nobody at CP during the same time last year)  Also, I'm going on a Bring-a-friend-free day... but it's one of three days in a row.  Still crowded?

1. No The coasters and major rides should be operating, unless there is extreme rain, or wind, which happens a lot in October.

2. Sunday afternoons are dead. Saturday's tend to be weekday afternoon crowds, and if the weather is good, Saturday nights are packed. I have never been on a Friday night, but I imagine it can get crowded.

Last year I went on a Friday night and it wasnt too bad. I was able to ride Villain (thrice), B:KF (front row), S:UE (front row), Mind Eraser (my first boomer), Serial Thriller (front row, with ThrillerMan!), and Raging Wolf Bobs all within about 5-6 hours. NOTE: Double Loop was closed as was Big Dipper and I was trying to take in the park as it was my first visit.

Oh BTW, the next day I went to Cedar Point and it was PACKED. I waited an hour just to buy chicken strips!!!
