If you want free tickets to SFKK then email to get them. All you have to do is send a self addressed envelope to me and you will get them... I have 2 tickets... Just make sure you use them. I got free tickets cause of bad service.

I went there for Deca day at SFKK and we were all standing in line for Chang and all the lines were 1hr to 1.5 hours. Well we got in line for chang about 3 hours before we had to go. Well in that time we rode 2 rides (cars and some stand still ride) As we were waiting in line for Chang there was a 30 minute delay cause some one threw up and that took them a while to clean up. Then when they got it going after that the ride then broke down again. We decided that we were going to wait cause we didn't have enough time to stand in line for any other Roller Coaster well we waited then chang started going again then next thing we know we get up to the stairs and what do u know it broke down again. So we had to wait even longer. After about an hour or so again of waiting for the repair we said forget it and decided to go ride some flat rides since we didn't have time to ride any other roller coaster. But I got to say they handled the situation very well. We were walking and saying how mad we were and how we didn't want to come back and a manager just happend to hear us and he said that he could fix it. Well he said what ride do you want to ride and we rode T2 ride in 2 mins. in the FRONT seat. We didn't have to wait at all. Then he asked if we wanted to ride it again so we did AGAIN. Then he took us to any of the stores and gave us a 50% discount on any items we wanted from there. He then took us up to Customer Relations and gave us all 2 free tickets to come back. Overall their mangagment at SFKK was really good. I have never been treated so nice and never aloud to cut in front of people in the front seat and ride it 2 times in a row.

Now that is what I call taking care of your customers. I dont even think CP would have gone that far to please an angry customer.

I wish they'd do something about their food service,though. Had to wait an hour and a half to get a couple of hamburgers when I was there last month.

yea, I don't think any other park would have done that to please 5 high school seniors. Most parks would of blown you off.

That was a good GR to do all that!
I was to Dorney the other day and there were some people who got there around 7. The main rides (coasters, Dominator and other tall rides) shut down at 6 because of lightning. Dorneys guest Relations wouldn't do a thing. They told them they don't issue refunds. I thought there were going to be some fistfights. Too bad all parks don't have great GR like KK.
