I blame the Team Disney Anaheim executives who are "helping" guest control on the parade route...

Gotta admit it, Disney knows how to stay in the limelight with free advertising.

Not to make light of a person's injury but I wonder if that woman will sue for emotional damage, claiming she just can't look at or walk on a carpet again ;)

lol, moosh. Not to mention the emotional stress to Disney in general. I'm surprised the Headline wasn't:
Disney strikes again, only this time w/a carpet and not goofy's left hook! What's next? Mickey vs. Minnie: a tale of untold abuse and violence. :)

I thought Disneyland was the happiest place on earth? Why are they trying to kill people :-|

This is just funny. I bet the other people watching the float were happy because they didn't have to watch the same boring parade.

I always knew that carpet was up to no good. Watch out for Eogo too.

Disneyworld has had it's share of incidents as well, they just don't make the front page or the lead off story on the news at eleven.
