Former Visionland GM Frank Thompson passes away

Longtime industry veteran and friend Frank Thompson passed away on July 24, 2004 after a year-long bout with cancer. (Frank’s father, Jim Thompson was the first general manager of Six Flags in Atlanta.) Frank had worked with Six Flags, Paramount, ITPS and others throughout his career.
Personal note from ITPS, “Frank was one of the good guys.” Frank will be missed.

He didn't by chance assist Jerry Couch and Jeff Pugh in running LeSourdsville Lake in 2002 did he?
Perhaps Im thinking of somebody else.
