[Ed. note: The following was submitted by a representative of International Themepark Services (ITPS).]

Longtime industry veteran and friend Frank Thompson passed away on July 24, 2004 after a year-long bout with cancer. (Frank’s father, Jim Thompson was the first general manager of Six Flags in Atlanta.) Frank had worked with Six Flags, Paramount, ITPS and others throughout his career.

Personal note from ITPS, “Frank was one of the good guys.” Frank will be missed.
