Former Hard Rock Park owners sue Freestyle over missed payments

Court records reveal that HRP Myrtle Beach Holdings, LLC is asking FPI MB Entertainment to pay nearly $570,000 in outstanding debt in the motion filed last Tuesday. FPI MB Entertainment was required to make four monthly installments of $100,000 after the initial $800,000 and hasn't paid any of the monthly payments, according to the filing.
