The trial of Anthony Elonis, a former Dorney Park employee accused of making threats on his Facebook page, unfolded in a federal courtroom in Philadelphia on Wednesday. Elonis, 28, is on trial for alleged threats on Facebook against his wife and his former employer, Dorney Park, which included, "I'm a nuclear bomb and Dorney Park just BLEEPED with the timer."

Elonis's attorney also said his client had been going through a tough, emotional time.
Aw. Poor guy.
