Former Disney official joins Bluffs amusement park staff

Joyce L. Gray, a former Walt Disney Co. executive has signed on to lead marketing and entertainment efforts for a planned Council Bluffs amusement park. Gray spent 10 years with Disney, most recently as vice president of entertainment for its global theme parks and resorts.

Looks like Disney is losing a lot of Executives as of late. Maybe this will turn out to be a good thing though with Disney getting back on track park wise(not being cheap, and have fresh ideas)and a new park will be built and hopefully prosper.

It's times like these where I wish I wouldn't of moved away from Omaha. Oh well, Elitches isn't that far (7 hours; Omaha - 8 hours). Good to know that someone with some know-how will be running marketing, so people from Branson, MO. will be coming up to Omaha, rather than their telemarketers wanting Omahanians to go to Branson.
