Former Conneaut Lake owner busted again for tax evasion

The former owner of Conneaut Lake Park in Pennsylvania, Gary Harris, his wife, and his business manager face tax evasion charges. Harris was also convicted of tax evasion in 1997.

i wonder how exactly they were busted. it seems like it would be quite easy considering most of their sales are cash(food, games, souviners) where gate sales would be the only thing that might be CC and traceable. i know working in the nightclub buisness often clubs under-declare becuse it is 90% cash.
If it is obvious that you are spending more than you are declaring, then the case can be made that way.

In the United States you can get away with anything except tax evasion, the IRS is the one department that will almost always succeed. Thats how they get most mobsters and other people that the law enforcement divisions can't get on anything. Plus in the small buisness world taxes can kill you. Taxes are the major down fall of most smaller buisnesses, mean while we keep spending millions if not billions on the rest of the world, and giving major corporations tax exemptions etc. Mean while letting our own country fall into pieces.
