John Hildebrandt, the former general manager of Cedar Point, recently published a memoir about his decades of work at the park, called Always Cedar Point. He appeared in an interview on a Cleveland TV station.

Just finished reading this, it was pretty good. A bit slow in some areas but overall I enjoyed it. I was surprised, though, at the little errors throughout the book...
I also read Kinzel’s book before Hildebrandt’s... Also an interesting read. Wish there were some more details. I would’ve liked more details about the cancelled 300ft coaster at Cedar Point, for example.
But then again, what do I know?
Yeah, the copy editing is pretty bad, which is not on the author, that's the editor and publisher who need to get that right. The errors are really distracting.
