food at parks

Besides the Disney parks and Universal resorts, who always have good food, what is your favorite food at a park? Best food for a coaster? Worst food?

My favorite is at the Buffalo Saloon at Six Flags Great America, great sit down full service restaurant with a great local beer. A nice place to take a break between Viper and Bull.

Kennywood's Potato Patch fries are great, and everything I had at Knoebel's was awesome.
