Associated parks:
Legoland Florida, Winter Haven, Florida, USA
Coasters:
Okeechobee Rampage - Cute and rather fun. We didn't expect much from this kiddy ride, but it was cool.
Triple Hurricane - I rode it three times trying to find the best seats. I love camel humps, but it wasn't running fast enough to give good airtime. I think the back row is best, but the difference is marginal.
Swampthing - this is the first kiddy invert I've ridden. It's fun, but still a kids coaster.
Flat Rides:
Cypress Garden's has an amazing collection of flat rides, almost all manufactured by Zamperla. Our favorites were the Thunderbolt (which is a cable-hoisted tower with a slow-ascent and a fast-no-warning-descent drop dower) and Disko (similar to Rockin' Tug, but riders sit motorcycle-style facing out). The Yo-Yo seemed fast, as did the Soaring Scooters. Dizzy Dragon's, Gardon Gondolas and Storm Surge all super-dizzying spinning rides.
We had lots of fun, but it was damn cold. Unfortunately, the food was too.
Next time, we'll have to catch the waterski show...
I was just down in Florida last week (not a vacation, a personal family matter), and a couple of the days, the temps didn't crack 60 degrees but it felt warm to me being from Chicago.
My favorite MJ tune: "Billie Jean" which I have been listening to alot now. RIP MJ.
A day at the park is what you make it!

temperatures weren't expecting to get out of the 30's on Sunday.
Burr, that doesn't sound like Super Bowl temperatures to me!
Cypress Gardens was still warmer than Ottawa (-30), but I prefer visiting theme parks when I don't have to wear a jacket. *** Edited 2/1/2005 4:03:50 AM UTC by greatwhitenorth***
