Aflak,
SW is half way between Disney and Universal so the cab fare won't be as high.
The Busch Gardens shuttle express leaves from the Universal bus parking lot(too far), Mercado shopping village(too far), SW Orlando(too far), Orlando premium outlets(too far), and Old Town shopping village.
The Old Town shopping village is close to you(probably within 1 mile) but I think it leaves a little later than the others. The old town adress is 5770 W. Irlo Bronson(US hwy. 192). Look at the adress of your hotel. It's got to be close to that. Also, Old Town has the world's tallest Skycoaster($30) and a 300+ foot slingshot ride($25). They have go-karks, shops, and rides. It's worth spending time there after the parks. It's open late(11pm or 12am depending on day of week)
The Busch Gardens shuttle # is 1-800-221-1339. It's ($5).
I'll post soon on cab fares info. Stay tuned.
2hostyl,
Everyone hates Miami because at one time or another we have stomped their national championship dreams.
Aflak,
You can check www.yourride.net and www.mearstransportation.com. They are both going to run you over $50 to Universal roundtrip and SW will not be much less. Taxis will cost more than that. See if you can find a budget or payless rental car in the area of the hotel. If you could plan all your far away trips consecutively you could just rent a car for 4-5 days and save money. If you research it right you should be able to find a car for $25 total/day. Also, you can drive around and eat breakfast before you go to the parks which will save you a ton of money by having one less expensive meal to eat at the parks.Plus, you can cruise the other attractions around.
It's a toss up! It won't be cheap, though.
Hey, if it can't be my Gators (and this year, sadly, it can NOT), I'd rather it be the 'Canes and Coker winning it all than either those horrendous 'Noles (apologies to Theman) or the hated Golden-Domers...(ruined my New Years' trip to the Big Easy)....
With ALL due respect to Ohio State, Michigan, Iowa, and all the rest of you football fans, if you *get* to play Coker's team, you'll probably wish you hadn't....they are THAT good!
Oh, theme parks, ya know I love 'em....

OK Aflak, here's a sample,
Budget rent a car 5770 W. Irlo Bronson(US hwy. 192) is about 2 miles away and VERY near the Old town complex(may be next to it). Economy car is 138.00 for 4 days beginning Nov.30. If you plan the SW and Universal days consecutively that's all you need. BG will be using the shuttle express leaving from Old Town.
That's $35/day plus parking at the parks $7 plus gas/day($3) is $45/day. You'll most likely pay that much in taxis or transportation services.
Just something to think about.
And,
I'll take Miami in a blowout (20+ points) tonight over Pittsburgh.
Some of you guys have no idea just how much talent there is in Florida high schools.
I'll take those odds. While I dont think it will happen, I would not be suprised if Pitt gave Miami a good scare. And while good teams usually find a way to win close games, Miami has already had one close call (the crim-i-NOLES). Can they survive another one? We shall see.

Miami hasn't *gotten it up* for any of their sub-par opponenets, they've been "saving themselves" for the BIG games....anyone that earned their respect, got crushed....Poor 'Noles didn't even hit the radar, so Miami played down to their level...
I *told* you all not to be suprised. I may bumble my way around amusement park stuff like a GP fart-knocker, but I *do* know my college football. *I* should be a Vegas oddsmaker as they have blown a *few* games this year that I had a good feeling about (ND v Airforce; Miami v. Pitt; Ohio State v. Michigan...oh wait, that one hasn't happened....YET ;))
