Yes, but I'd say that both have multiple instances of pretty extreme airtime for much of the ride. I guess that's what I was more trying to say.

Phoenix has incredible airtime, but I don't think I'd call it extreme, especially not next to El Toro.
Phoenix is like a friendly romp around the track, and I know I'm on an old-time roller coaster. When I get off El Toro, I can picture a story-line in my head of how I just got done riding and taming a bull. (if that makes any sense)

Hey, I'm a Flacco fan. I know he regretted using it and apologized. But he still used the word, and I referenced it to Jeff's post. Wasn't "implying" anything.
So, I take it your a fan of the reverend murderer also?
Yeah, I feel if there were no restraints on both Phoenix and Toro, Phoenix would have me landing somewhere under its structure, while Toro would send me to the future site of Great Adventure's hotel.

That would be Philadelphia, right?

I assume you're referring to the newly-retired Mr. Lewis. The answer is NO. If that's NOT your reference, let me know and I'll answer.
I was pulling for Baltimore for three reasons.
1. Flacco's a Jersey Guy
2. I'm a Poe fan
3. There's no roller coaster I like called the "49er."

There is a Goldrush coaster though, right?

Not to get off topic, but there are plenty of people out there who love sports teams out there with players/coaches that do horrible things. People don't stop liking their teams just because of one jerk. Look at Vick and the Eagles, Rapin' Roethlisberger, etc. Still plenty of Eagles and Steelers fans. I'm still a Penn State fan after everything that happened.
Mike, I love your reasons for liking the Ravens. I laughed my butt off!

Believe there's more than one...And a GoldStriker coming soon to a park (not so) near you (or me, for that matter...)

Well, put it back on. It's rather difficult to ride roller coasters without one.

I can't choose one or other. I love both. It depends on the ride. On Magnum & Pheonix, I prefer the ejector air in 3rd seat. It even varies from one B&M to another. Behemoth, I would take back. What a ride!

Ejector airtime? Cyclops. Everyone talks about the drop-o-death, but the first drop is also killer. The 2 hills between those drops give good air as well.
Phoenix is a great example of all around airtime, floater and ejector. Laterals too! Every time I ride it I could swear it gets faster.
^ I keep forgetting about Cyclops! That is insane in back car!

I've heard Cyclops has a no rider under 18 in the back seat because of that airtime drop.

It sure does. That hill knocked me out for like a whole minute. The airtime itself isn't insanely strong, but the restraints are high above your legs.
Restraints make a big difference. I can't wait to ride Skyrush with the new restraints/trains. That coaster is a prime example of ejector air that is also pretty sustained. Honestly scared the bejesus out of me in terms of air (and I was afraid the little kid next to me was gonna fly out of the train). If Intamin/Hershey gets the restraints right this time, Skyrush will dominate.
