Flat rides

I can ride coasters fine, but if I get on a twirl and hirl,I puke wthin 10 seconds of getting on
Why do you think they're called Spin & Pukes??? The new Zamperlas look freaking insane - Power Surge & Energy Storm. I'd ride them in a heartbeat! Check 'em out at the IAAPA gallery in Features.

Definitely not family rides!! :-)

Home Park - Wonderland Sydney, Australia.
You should just go to IAAPA and pay the $75, then ride them all week, never any lines. Odd, poeple buy them, buy hardly ride them.

Power Surge is fabulous. I really enjoyed that ride and would love to see one pretty much anywhere close to me. They were tweaking the program on Energy Storm when RideMan and I rode it. It kept you upside down too long, and put some uncomfortable pressure on the shoulders.

Probally one of thee best flat ride to get on is an Eyerly Loop-O-Plane that thing must pull 5G's easy!
I'll ride flat rides at an amusement park where they are anchored down and maintained, but not the city to city "carny" rides.
I like to ride coasters but I also enjoy riding flat rides.
Some parks are still conscious about their flat ride selection. I know Knoebels usually adds a new one every year. Power Surge last season and this year their getting a Frog Hopper and a ride called the Downdraft.

From the explaniation I heard of the Backdraft I'm thinking somthing along the lines of the Kangaroo at Kennywood without a ramp and bigger.

I personally think parks would do just as well if they added a new coaster every 3 to 5 years. I'd love to see my park get a new one every year but I think waiting those extra years will make all of us appreciate them more when they are built.
