Flashback, and Revolution can have lap bars only!

This is how it should be:

Flashback-OSTR's like X's so you can't hit your head.

Revolution-Bring it back to its original no OSTR shape.

It doesnt matter if we dont run the parks but we do pay for the insurance.  Our opinions matter most because were the ones that pay for a ticket to ride.  And when I say we I dont just mean enthusiest.  Everyone thats been to MM knows these rides would be 150 percent better if ran how the should be.  Bring back the Great American Revolution.
How about SFMM works on actually getting Flashback to run before they think about OTSR's being removed.

There is no law regarding OTSRs.
As I said earlier, please cite the law if you are going to say something like that...
I know politicians debate a lot of stupid things, but restraints on rollercoasters??
Its up to the park and most likely the amount of insurance they feel like paying.

Flashback was running when I went to the park two weeks ago, but not many people were going on it or the Revolution!

Revolution ran without OTSR's for many years, what SFMM has done recently to ruin the ride is just criminal.  Come one, it just has ONE loop, not even a corkscrew at that!  Banged the heck out of my head when I rode it, though I could tell it was once a great ride.

Flashback is so old and unpopular that the park will probably replace the ride before they bother spending the money to redesign the cars.

Texas Tornado will probably not run with OTSR's, at least, definitely not the rock hard ones they've got on it now.

Something tells me that it won't be long before Revolution is re-built Phantom's Revenge style, the lines for this ride have gotten so short that the park will need to do something to get people to ride it again. Otherwise, the low ridership will no longer justify high yearly maintanance costs. As for Flashback, I wouldn't be surprised if this coaster were to quietly disappear soon, coaster record or no coaster record. If SFOG can remove Viper, surely SFMM can get rid of Flashback. The park seems to be becoming more and more image conscious lately.

Grant, you are one lucky guy...I've gotten the opportunity to SEE the ride (FB), but they weren't running last October due to some Halloween haunted-house thing...GRRRR!  If I understand correctly, they don't run it because the screaming riders make the waterpark people think someone is drowning.  I expect it will be moved before next season - remember CoasterCon XXV will be there- and they WILL have all 15 up and running if history is any guide at all!

I disagree.  Flashback could be a good ride.  Perhaps with two across instead of its four, the train would be narrower and could more easily negotiate the tight turns it performs.  I think its a great backdrop to the park entrance.  I remeber the first time I went to mm, looking at this ride scared the bejesus out of me, I was much younger but just watching it geared me up and got me that much more excited about the day ahead.  Its a cheap and small coaster worthy of staying to help the record.  Its not going anywhere.
