Submitted this to news also but there has been an accident on Magnum Force at Flamingo Land in England. It seems a ride op has been injured in a collision with one of the coaster trains.:(

The article said the man jumped a safety barrier to go use the bathroom, and was hit by the train. I don't see anything vague about that.
