Sam Marks from Coaster Zombies has once again come through with a construction page for this year's new coaster at SFA, "Batwing." He promises to have construction pics real soon, but for right now you can look at pictures of the track in the employee parking lot. The supports are a much darker purple than in the computer rendering.

Batwing is not a Stealth clone, it is an X-Flight clone.
I'm very relieved that Batwing won't have the Easter colors suggested by the in-house rendering. I mean I'll ride it no matter what color it is, but I like the darker colors better. I can't wait to see the twin loading station. I imagine they'll have a similar switching device like the one on Thunder Mountain Railroad at Disney.
Great Pics. They better hurry on construction. I can't wait to ride and to see that cool twin loading station. All rides should have that to make for shorter lines!!! :)
