First Coaster with Premier lap bars.

I know everyone will say that it is FOF but i am not so sure. Yes the announcement was based on FOF when everyone heard about the lap bars but at the exact same time SFGAdv sceduled Robin The Chiller to get them. Yes FOF did open with lap bars before Robin but that is because Robins trainds arrived late so SFGADv decided to open it in 2002. So in your opinion was it FOF,Robin or both because even though Robin didnt open this year they still installed lap bars on the train just like FOF. What one was first.
The first Premier coaster to get lap bars? I think that was Runaway Mountain. The first one to get the kind that are appearing on the spaghetti bowl coasters would be Son of Beast.

I think the response you're looking for is FoF at PKI.  That was the first Premier launch coaster with Premier trains to get the lap bars to replace the old OTSRs (which were the WORST).  But SoB does have Premier trains with lapbars(great for the improved FoF, still not the complete solution for Sonny).  RideMan is correct, but good questions usually raise more questions than answers anyway.

...And in fact, I believe Flight of Fear at Kings Dominion opened a week earlier this season than the one at Kings Island.

I rode FOF on Friday and for some reason it sucked again! I don 't know if it was because it's near they end of the season or what. BUt I hit my head on the sides of the trains!! and it hurt A LOT.  Can anyone tell me why this might be?

It's his turn to feast, when you ride the Son of Beast.

But Robin was sceduled to get them at the same time.

If you're hitting your head on FOF, you either aren't all that tall or you're ducking. It feels like they lowered the seats in those trains since adding the new restraints. Lower seats, taller sides. My only suggestion is the stabilize yourself by holding on to the grab bar and to keep the bar down tight.

Actually, the first ride to get Premier lapbars was SOB, which was a year ahead of FOF.
