Like Kcies13 said, the first one debuted at SFGAm in 1992 as the world's first inverted coaster.
Heading to SFoT on the 19th! Titan, here I come!

Yes, it was SFGAm's in 1992. I remember. I couldn't go on it. Too short. The year before I chickened out on going Tidal Wave... bad mistake!
Oh, and SFGA's was built in 1993.
I hate noise in these message boards.

Yeah The very first one and SIXFLAGSGREATAMERICA get's no credit! I just finished watching a show and they were at SFMM and they went to Batman and said, the good thing about this coaster is it's originality! and it's importance in the innovation of coasters! They said nothing about the original one!

That is very true SFGAMDie Hard, I have always thought that SFGAm has been a much underated park that has a lot to offer. And don't forget, SFGAm also had the very first B&M coaster, Iron Wolf! They are indeed one of my favorite parks. I am planning on hitting the park on my theme park trip this summer. I am going to BGW, PKD, CP, Mich Adven, SFGAm, and SFSL.
# 1 ~ Alpengeist - BGW
# 2 ~ Volcano - PKD
# 3 ~ American Eagle - SFGAm
