Fights in Lines?

So has anybody seen real fights in lines. I just saw one in the line for SROS. (There was trash talk, handcuffs, and everything).
There was a verbal argumement in line for the Eagle at SFGAm about 6 years ago. The fight didnt actually happen until the people got off the ride and back under the tent. Security came in droves to break it up.

I was in line for MF once, and these two young men wanted their girlfriends to come up in line with them ahead of myself and some other patrons. They kept calling them and asking them to do it, and the man directly behind them informed them that they could certainly move back to where their girlfriends were instead of trying to make them *LINE JUMP* and he made it clear that he would not tolerate LINE JUMPING. The guys basically told him to umm shut up but not in those terms (this is a family site) and he, in turn, got angry and kept at them. They were carrying a drink in line and dropped it right in front of him, apparently on purpose, and so he got REALLY angry and told the one kid to put 'em up, basically. So they were all standing there like they were about to kill each other, and someone called security and it broke up, but not before the kids were escorted out of the line. It was very interesting, to say the least.

Similar queue incident in same queue. I was in line with a few friends when one of the girls asked a guy to put out the cigarette. He was a jerk about it, and some other girl told the girl I was with to deal with it.

Said girl happened to be a crew member of another coaster and chums with one of the Force ops, who politey directed them to leave and start at the beginning of the line.

You just never know who you're going to run in to in line...

Well this fight was scary because the two guys were "inner city" and in a gang (they were wearing bandanas)
I really love the new "code-words" that people have come up with to describe peoples ethnic backgrounds. I personally wouldnt find any sort of fight less scary because the people were "suburban" or "rural". Also, I sometimes wear a bandana. I guess I must be a gang member.
*getting off soapbox*

Anyway, I once saw a skirmish at SFA in line for S:ROS on a thursday night. Supposedly, one of the boys took a swing a a security guard (guard= 6'2 250#, boy = 5'9 160#) needless to say, the boy was quickly subdued and escorted out.
In line for Exterminator at Kennywood, a big gang of 18 year olds beat the heck out of each other till security came.
Back in the 70's at CP there were usually problems with the big union picnics. It would be one of the hottest days of the summer and the lines for the Blue Streak and the Jumbo Jet would strech out to the main midway. Inevitably somebody would try to cut in line and WWIII would break out. This was expected and park security was backed up with Sandusky police. It was more than a little unnerving.
Last summer when I went to SFAW, my Uncle and I were standing in line for Batman:The Escape, and these 2 girls broke in line, and the man they broke in front of started arguing with them, and they were LOUD. I wouldn't be suprised if people over on Serial Thriller heard them....LOL. The guy didn't want to get into anymore crap, so he just left the que.
Then at Carowinds a few months ago, this group of people started arguing to a group of 12 year olds, after they had broken in line for Top Gun. The 12 year olds were in the que-line. When a Security officer came into the station, and escorted the kids out of the station.
But I've never seen a real fist fight. Heard about some though!
There were a couple of fights in line for the old Tidal Wave at SFGAm a number of years ago. The lines for that ride were always very long (2+ hours) and on those hot summer days tempers flared regularly.

Yea one time I was in line for Aero 360 at Kennywood, a group of girls got into a fight. Punching, slapping, kicking, everything, and you know what Kennwood did about it? They just seperated the two groups in line, then about 5 min later another fight! I guess kennywood is not only the rollercoaster capital of the world, but the fight capital of the world, but then again look at its location.
I also had an experience in line for MF. Two men kept slowing the line down by yelling back at some of their friends who were near the beginning of the line. So two other men, who were in line right in front me I might add, told the other two to hurry up, and from there a fight almost started, but the men finally calmed down. There was the exchange of a few swear words, I won't mention which.

Well, I used to work at PKD. The first night I was ever left in charge of a ride, the Antique Cars, it was a Sat. night with a full Q house which is a 30 minute wait. Three different fights broke that night. Mind you these people where in line for what is usually considered a family ride. By the time I called security for the 3rd time about 10 security officers and sheriff deputies come running down there. They popped up of the street, out of the bushes, it was pretty funny. Those teens who were fighting actually tried to run away from them.
Not much of a story but some people got kicked out of the park in the Mind Eraser line (SFEG) for fighting and cussing.
