Fiesta Mexicana at SFGAm

How are crowds for this event? I have those half price coupons for the 17th and 16th. So I was wondering about that.
Is this event still going to be going on on the 18th? Hope not as I will be there then and I don't want it any more crowded than usual!
Many Hispanic people have large families. I'd suspect it'd be pretty crowded.

Current favorite coasters:
Wooden: 1) Beast 2) Raven 3) Son of Beast 4) The Boss 5) Timber Wolf
Steel: 1) Raging Bull 2) Millennium Force 3) V2 4) Wild Thing 5) Deja Vu / Mr. Freeze (tie)

I don't know if it's on the 18th, i think it's the whole week, my coupon is just for the 17th/16th.
Fiesta Mexicana is scheduled on each operating day from July 16th - 20th, IE. July 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th & 20th.

And you should be mentally prepared for big crowds in Mid July at SFGAm. Anyone who is familiar with the park can verify that. Light to moderate rain on a Mid July weekday would still not drive away moderate size crowds at this very popular park. Expect decent waits for all of your favorite rides, and be prepared to invest in a couple a fastlane passes to make the most of your visit.

I dunno. At the end of June I went during Kidfest and it wasn't that crowded.

And where did you come up with this data?

(offensive remark removed) I went last year, and it sucked. Overly crowded park, everything is in Spanish. Mexican music everywhere in the park. I guess its ok if you enjoy hearing La Cucharacha all the time. ;)

EDIT- I removed my comment from earlier, see my apology below.

Joe Carroll pulled his head out of his a** to say,

"Many Hispanic people have large families. I'd suspect it'd be pretty crowded."

What kind of racial stereotypes are you tossing around? I know a good amount of hispanic families and they all have 2-3 kids...but at the same time, I know of a large amount of caucasian families who have four, five and in one case eight children!

In my area (central PA), there is an increasing number of hispanics. Most of those families have 2-4 children. Then again, the area I live in is also filled to the brim with Old-Order Mennonite and Amish families. Many of those families have 6,7,8, or even 9 children. My grandfather actually came from a family of 11, but 2 or 3 died early on in life. (Nonetheless, they were still children.)

Just 'look around' redman, it's 'easy to tell.'
I apologize for my comment earlier, I'm going to remove it so as not to offend anyone else. I'm sorry if I sounded offensive, I have nothing against any racial group or minority.

So the least crowded day would be Gay Day, then, right?

I'm just waiting for my chance to raid the park with my 50 cousins (all named Pat, Maggie, and Mary) on Irish Catholic Day. Stay away! We're coming!
Irish Catholic Day! Are we going to have to listen to 'Danny Boy' over and over again?

I guess I'll pack up the Shillelagh!

Mi Vida Loca, Mo bheatha craiceailte, it's all the same when you're in the 'hood my friend.

chris - your shillelagh is detachable?

Magster - can a Irish boy who is a "recovered" Catholic attend?

When's Agnostic Day?

Moosh: Cead Mille Failte - everyone's invited (no matter how many children you have!) Of course, you'll have to put up with a bunch of people speaking Gaelic instead of English, and we'll be piping the Cheiftans and U2 through the park all day.
