Favorite Theming

So what ride does everybody think is that hands down the most detailed, intense, and most fun theming of any coaster (or ride).

I personally think that the Exterminator at Kennywood is the best themed and most fun themed ride. I don't see how any ride could be better then this. The spinning part is spectacualr.
Even though I didn't like the ride that much I thought the Rockin' Roller Coaster had awesome theming and intensity. The music studio you walk through before you get to ride is cool. Then the glowing signs during the ride and all the music add a cool affect as you are going to the concert. The reason I didn't like it was because I got a serious headbanging. It wasn't just me either my cousin, his parents, my parents, all thought it hurt to. If it wasn't for that it would have been one my all time favorites.

Mellenium Force; The future is riding on it.
Yes!...regarding Rockin' Roller Coaster; I love the actual loading station, too. Classic underground, kinda raw-edged, big city type feel.
The details are great.

But, for me, the top spot goes to Dueling Dragons, and in particular, its castle. One helluva long walk, but every step is steeped with that "medieval gloom...." The sheer scope of this castle is amazing.

I agree Dueling Dragons all the way!
Well, I actually thought Dr.Doom's FreeFall was an outstanding themed ride.
Personally, I think the theming of Twilight Zone: Tower of Terror is second to none. The attention to detail is incredible.
I completely agree with RagingBull about Tower of Terror. I have never seen theming on a thrill ride to match that!
I was talking with a friend (he's not sn enthusiest) and he said that Rock'n'rollercoaster was really good. I didn't go on it, however, because no one would go on it with me.
I believe that Batman and Robin The Chiller is the best themed ride. It is at Six Flags Great Adventure. It really does give you a chill as you walk in though because there is a very large air conditioner that blows extremely cold air on you. It also is dirty and smeared with graffiti as you walk in giving you the felling of being in an inner city.
Dr. Doom was a pretty well themed ride(too bad the actual ride is yawn inducing).

I would have to agree about Tower of Terror, great theming! What kind of coaster enthusiast doesn't go on a ride because no one will go with them? Just curious

Say no, to lap bar nazis!
I've never been, but from watching movies and shows, Nemisis at Alton Towers has some pretty sweet theming. You can't beat rolling through a gravity roll over the shoulder of a monster. The red waterfalls and ponds are a cool touch to!

My favorite is the queue line for WDW'S Space Mountain. I love the music and the star walls.

I agree.
Volcano and Batman the Ride (SFGA)...my 2 favorites...Wonder what Nitro will have, a wrestling ring with Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair...
Forget Hulk and Flair...BRING ON THE NITRO GIRLS!!! Seriously though, my favorite queue themeing is B:TR @ SFGAm, just barely over DD. The only reason B:TR gets the nod is that you aren't in the DD queue long enough to enjoy it. As far as on ride themeing (leaving out dark rides), I prefer DisneyLand's Splash Mountain. If I included dark rides, it would be DL's Haunted Mansion, I still love the "Stretch Room" elevator!

I haven't been on many themed coasters, but my favorite is OL:FoF. I loved the "hanger" and spaceship. My brother and I were listening to Megadeth when we went to PKI. He called it Hanger 18 when we were there. It was cool becasue of the 18 on the side of the hanger.
