Fastline for SFGAm?

I've seen pics of V2 at SFGAm and there was a sign that said, "Fastline" enter here? What is that? Is that line for people for Season passes at Six Flags or do you have to buy a ticket there to go in the line. If any of you "buzzers" have been on the ride, does the "Fastline" get you through the line faster?

I think fastlane is the ticket that you buy, and then you get to go on the ride without waiting in line, you buy the ticket, it says what time you are schedualed to ride, and you enter through the exit. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

This is the deal. I talked to a worker yesterday at Six Flags. He said you can buy these fastline tickets at Hometown Square, they cost ten dollars and they allow you to enter at almost the beginning of the line. These tickets can be used four times(they have four punch holes). For example on Raging Bull the Fast entrance is just before the steps.

Oh and also the fastline is only for certain attractions, I do not know what all of them are, but some of them are: V2, Deja Vu, Raging Bull, and Giant Drop.

Whizzer doesn't have fastlane, but Batman does.

I really hope that the park doesn't really let you in the regular line at a point close to the station. I sense that some brawls would start in line... not a good idea, especially if it's a long line. It's a "I've waited my turn, you can too!" *punches person* kind of thing.

the idea of fast passes in itself is ridiculous... i mean waiting in line isnt THAT horrible...

beltzies64: Unless I misunderstand you, nobody is making any one buy anything. This is your choice to do it or not.

fethrbrane: Waiting in line can be horrible when it's 90+ degrees and there's no covers over the queue lines as is usually the case with Six Flags parks. Not to mention the obnoxious people that can be in the line with you.

My concern with this system is how many FastPass people are let in before people from the regular line. If there's always at least a full train of FastPass people waiting and they let these people in thus always filling a train, then the regular line will never move. This will be the problem and what will cause the fighting. However, if some people from the regular line are let in along with FastPass, then it might work.

I'll let you know because I'm leaving for SFGAm in an hour and my wife and we're planning on getting the passes to see how they work.
