Fans tour site of Six Flags Discovery Kingdom's new Joker

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo unveiled its newest ride on Friday, "The Joker," a purple and green, steel and wood, dual-track scream machine designed to whip thrill riders with new maneuvers and speeds of up to 53 mph.

That makes waaay more sense than the racing, single seat monorails that I was picturing.

They're going to need to start hustling if they want to open this ride in May. Supposedly only about 60% of the track is installed so far.

The Joker track was completed today.

I guess they were hustling, then.
