I think it's kinda funny that they said the injuries were only minor. That doesn't mean that those people won't sue the hell out of Disney. Californians are some of the most sue happy people.
He said right click to remove...hehehe
Talk about a weird theme park accident... I guess trees are one thing that no matter what, theme parks can't control.

there's no reason anyone should win if they sue disney for this. You take the risk of getting hit by a tree when you walk out your front door.
Eventually the disclaimer just to go out and get a burger is going to be a mile long and require a signature
"I will not sue if...
the cheese is too hot...
the burger is too cold...
a pickel hits me in the eye...
I throw my burger on the floor, step on it, fall and act like my leg is broken"

Actually, I was at Cal. Adventure on that same day... It was odd. There were 8 (yes, EIGHT) news helicopters over the park. It was amazing.

It's coming...
Doesn't it suck that they pulled the Columbia Ship and Roger Rabbit incident into the story along with the statment "The incident was the latest in a series of accidents in recent years that have focused attention on safety at the theme park." 8 helicopters!! It's like the news is expecting Disney (and other amusement parks) to fail.
Funny john....that's MY joke!! Roommates--they steal everything!

An unnerving stillness in the woods of southern Indiana beckons for you on May 11th.....
i remember a tree falling at legoland due to trying to open the park on time, but nobody was injured.
You generally, not even in California, can sue for what is refered to as "Acts of God"
