Facebook bully convicted, but not for threat to Dorney Park

A federal jury on Thursday convicted Anthony Douglas Elonis on four counts of posting Facebook threats to kill his wife and law enforcement officers and shoot up an elementary school. But the panel of seven women and five men acquitted Elonis on a fifth count of making threats to attack Dorney Park, where he had recently been demoted from a supervisory position and then fired for harassing a co-worker.
