I really like a lot of the Eyerly rides and I've been curious as to what became of them. From my limited research, it seems as though ORI Industries has some relationship to Eyerly (anybody know any good reference materials for amusement ride companies?).

ORI Industries (Oregon Rides) is the successor company to JV Industries (JVI). JVI is the successor to Eyerly Aircraft Co. There is also some connection (I don't know what) to Ride Development Corp. (RDC) which is now an independent manufacturer of Krazy Kars.
In any case, ORI is presently building and supporting the classic Eyerly rides (*-O-Plane, Octopus, Monster, etc.), and operating out of the old Eyerly hangers in Salem, Oregon.
Does that help?

Thanks RideMan. I figured you'd know the answer! :)
Wow, I didn't know that Krazy Kars were still produced (assuming it is the kind I'm thinking of with the two handle controls).
Somebody ought to write a book on classic rides.
