Executive of Festival Tennessee development company is a registered sex offender in Michigan

There are more red flags when it comes to the Festival Tennessee theme park. It turns out one of the top executives on the project is a sex offender who has spent time in prison. He isn't supposed to be anywhere near children, yet he's a key player in developing a family theme park. Those close to the project, including a town mayor, never knew.

I hope he doesn't want a season pass at Adventureland.

Hobbes: "What's the point of attaching a number to everything you do?"
Calvin: "If your numbers go up, it means you're having more fun."

He can't buy one anyway condition of parole is he can't leave the state

and can't get on internet.

How's he supposed to run a theme park in Tennessee from Michigan, let alone without using the Internet?

I'm sure Dick Kinzel is a good pen/fax pal on how to manage a company from the stone age ;)

In all seriousness, it is amazing that anyone associated with the project is still publicly reachable and hasn't just disappeared under a new name and investor scheme elsewhere.
