Exception Raised:Access Violation

Im am greeted with this message every time I try to play RCT for the last few weeks. I have tried patches, un-instalation and re-instalation, and other things, but none work. Does anyone here have any ideas?
*Note-the regular game works, just not LL*

I downloaded the official patch from rollercoastertycoon.com and it worked fine after that.
